Fra le varie attività ricordiamo la scuola di equitazione ed il giro guidato della Sila a Cavallo (ultima settimana di agosto), le due gare di endurance, di cui una valida per il campionato regionale (il 25 aprile), oltre al trekking a cavallo ed il torrentismo, o ancora le visite guidate nei vicini paesi albanesi. Il campo polifunzionale consente sport come il tiro con l’arco, oltre che il concorso ippico annuale di salto a ostacoli, giunto alla diciottesima edizione. Non va poi dimenticato il mercato dei funghi a Serra Longa. Non minore importanza viene data ai prodotti tipici, dai liquori alle marmellate alla pasta fatta in casa alle carni di allevamento biologico. |
