L’azienda è posta ad 840 metri sul livello del mare e dista 7 km da Acri, 22 dal Parco Nazionale della Sila, 25 km dal mare Jonio e 50 km da Cosenza. L’azienda ha un indirizzo prevalentemente zootecnico, con l’allevamento di capre, pecore, tacchini, polli, conigli, maiali, cavalli e selvaggina. Allo stato attuale i fabbricati, riattati e ristrutturati, sono sette, in aggiunta alla casa personale.
